On Site Support
As part of our commitment to our customers, our team of test/service engineers can go on site to trouble shoot on any production issue, such as yield loss, high Cres or other complex production issue.
We can be onsite daily to ensure a smooth transition, from the start of the buy off process to production. We will analyse the test data and the hardware, to ensure they are in line with the overall test plan. Training will also be provided.
In short, we will do everything possible to ensure you get the best yield and test time improvement.
